Can't see GroupWise in the list of supported applications after installing the plug in
Response:
You may have to delete the machine owner information via PsiWin and re-install the plug in. It is recommended that you uninstall the plug-in, and then delete the owner information as described below.
NOTE: Deleting owner information also deletes any backups you may have made of the data on your handheld.
To delete the machine owner information from your PC:
Select Start | Programs | PsiWin | Owner Manager from the Windows Start menu
Select the name of the machine's owner
Press Delete this Owner and confirm the deletion
Press OK to clear the dialog
Select My Psion from the Windows desktop to connect to your machine. You will be prompted to enter a new owner name.
You should now be able to install the LinkWise plugin and see GroupWise appear in the list of supported applications.
