When I run Personalized Emailer Field Inserter, why does the Folder dialog appear?

This dialog can also appear if you run Personalized Emailer. The reason for the dialog is that the solution only works with a draft message that has been saved to the Work in Progress folder. The dialog is a prompt for you to go ahead and save your message, or else click Cancel to close the solution.
The Folder dialog will appear only if your draft message has not been saved.
