Used in conjunction with Formativ Studio, the Formativ Admin Tools provide the eDirectory/NDS administration software for managing Formativ eDirectory objects.
To make enterprise management easy, Advansys has developed both ConsoleOne and NWAdmin snapins to administer the Formativ eDirectory objects. These tools are used in preparation for managing applets with Formativ Studio. In the Formativ Studio Guide, see the Installing eDirectory Administration Tools section on how these snapins
are installed. The use of these snapins is described in the sections under
Formativ eDirectory Objects.
