The new SmartField Assistant enables you to insert special placeholders into your boilerplate text, which will be replaced automatically with system information, from your GroupWise Account, Address Boook or eDirectory fields, such as Department, Fax Number and many more!

It is useful to have more than one signature available when you have several email persona's. For example, you may wish to use:

• An informal signature when sending internal mail
• A formal signature for mail to external recipients
• A different signature for each role you perform in your organization

While GroupWise provides signature capability, you are limited to a single signature per account. With Multiple Signatures you can create and choose from several signatures to suit each persona. You can choose between plain-text and rich HTML formats.

You can also define a default signature (plain text or HTML) to be automatically inserted when you run the solution.
