meeting, a reminder note or task. The EPOC Connect 4.0 and 5.0 versions of the

the message 'body text' in GroupWise appointments, notes and tasks with an
embedded Word object attached to the equivalent entries in the mobile
device. |

with GroupWise Remote or the network GroupWise client. |

 |
Appointment/Day Entry Synchronization - The LinkWise -
Novell GroupWise Edition family uses EPOC
Connect's integrated synchronization engine to perform appointment
synchronization. It extends the EPOC Agenda application by supporting
appointment 'place' information - any place information in a GroupWise
appointment will be appended to the subject prior to being sent to the mobile
device. Similarly, you can specify place information in an EPOC Agenda
day entry by enclosing the place details in square brackets in the item text
field. |
|
|
 |
Task/To-Do
Synchronization - The LinkWise - Novell GroupWise Edition family supports
the synchronization of every EPOC To-Do list with GroupWise tasks. LinkWise -
Novell GroupWise Edition also synchronizes task completion status between the
mobile device and GroupWise - cross out a to-do item in your mobile device, and
the matching GroupWise task will be automatically ticked as completed the next
time you synchronize! When adding a new GroupWise task you can also
specify the target EPOC to-do list, which will be updated during the next
synchronization. |
