    Thank you for your question. The applet only ‘sees’ files with the following extensions:

    .HTS (HTML Signatures)
    .SIG (Text Signatures)

    Do your signatures have these extensions?

    You might also try using the ‘Select Folder’ button to ensure the applet is looking in the correct folder.
