Install Enterprise Proxy on PC1 and generated the Trusted Application key. Worked fine on PC1. Now installed Enterprise Proxy on PC2 and follow the steps to create the Trusted Application key. Worked fine on PC2 but the solution now not working in PC1.
Enterprise Proxy is designed to run from a central location to audit and secure your GroupWise system’s proxy access rights for one or more GroupWise users. Enterprise Proxy create one Trusted Application in the GroupWise system and store the Trusted Application key into current user machine. If you run the solution on another machine then it will re-generate the key and store the key into the machine which generated the key. Note that, key generated by the other user (except the last PC) are no longer valid. In a nutshell, Enterprise Proxy will only work from the last PC that generated the Trusted Application.
Trusted Application key is encrypted and stored in a ini file. Copy the ini file from the last PC that generated the Trusted Application and save into the other PC. See below the location of the ini file:
C:Documents and SettingsUSER_NAMELocal SettingsApplication DataAdvansysFormativ1.0ConfigEnterprise Proxy_V3.ini
We haven’t tested this technique against Enterprise Calendar Dates but in theory it should work.
Hope this helps.
