demo’ing the product, tried both 1.2 and 1.5 with the same results – certain messages come over empty
All but one of the blank messages are HTML. There are other HTML emails that do transfer.
My default GWise view is text.

      Thanks!

I should add that I am using a account created specifically for this test (has limited number of messages).
I am using “local” access to export.
The logs created using v1.5 (downloaded today) report “Cannot access message properties…” for all the items in the Native archive.

          Thank you for your report.

Could you send the process log file (zipped if possible) to support@advansyscorp.com, please?

Could include samples of these problem messages in your email? It would be helpful if we could look at the original GroupWise message and the corresponding FML file (Advansys Portable Message) exported by Archive To Go. You can locate the FML file for a given message using the Viewer: go to the Properties tab and scroll to the end of the text where you fill find the full path to the file.

Further update – It appears that my problem is really a GroupWise issue – All the problem messages were in the archive – I am unable to unarchive these messages either…
In any event, I blew away that test archive and recreated, now I can view all exported messages.

That’s great news. Thanks for the update.
