Some external recipients have been complaining that email from internal users are coming into their mailboxes blank with no text. It would seem that the problem is when a user reply’s to a HTML hotmail account. While creating a new email and sending to that address is fine.
I have tested this myself and can replicate the problem. I tried it on a Groupwise client that hasnt got the formativ add on installed and emails are visible in hotmail (external).
Any ideas?
