On send Event

I defined an applet to intercept the sending process and ask a confirm-to-send to the user !
I made an association with on send event, selecting

before Groupwise event

---

option.
When sending a msg everything is ok but if I open a received msg and I try to reply using one of the four options (except simple reply) obtained by pressing reply button in the composing msg view, my applet is ignored and the user cannot confirm the msg in any way!

Why this difference i the sending context ?

At the moment my applet is unusable !!!!

Thank you for your report and we will try to replicate this problem. To assist troubleshooting, please send us the Formativ configuration information by selecting the GroupWise client’s Help menu, select About Formativ, select the Configuration tab and use the Copy to Clipboard button, then paste the config info into an email to support@advansyscorp.com.

As a follow-up, we don’t have any outstanding issues with the OnSend event and we cannot duplicate the problem you describe.

Are you able to send your applet to us for analysis? As you may appreciate, we cannot support custom solutions and we need to be able to replicate the problem to understand the cause.
