Meet the New Boss: .PST

We have a new leader and he has shown up here in GroupWisetown with a .PST file he wants imported into his GW address book.

Have downloaded and installed Formativ Express and the Personal Outlook Migration app.

Thought it would be possible to import the .pst file into his GroupWise client (and the product description says it ‘Can migrate stand-alone PST files’), but when I try to launch the Outlook Migration app it looks for Outlook to be running and when it finds no instance it shuts down.

Was hoping/assuming I would see an option somewhere to migrate/import directly from the .pst file without having to install Outlook on the same machine?

It would be nice to offer that feature but the free Personal Outlook Migration Pack uses the Outlook Client’s COM APIs to perform the migration.
