Keeping Help Center from Displaying

I am installing Formativ Runtime 1.6 using the Windows Installer. However, I cannot keep the help center from displaying when the user launches Groupwise.

The config file has the following lines:

[Configuration]
NDS Administered=1
Maintain Existing Path Settings=1
Create Settings for All Users=1
Display No Solutions Warning=0
Help Center=0

Am I missing something?? If I can not get this to work, is there a regisry key that can be changed to keep it from displaying?

I’m not sure why the config settings you are using are not working. Are you using the most recently available Runtime installer? If not, you may wish to download it from our downloads page and try again.

Formativ reads the following key to determine if the Help Center should be displayed:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAdvansys Corporationformativ1.0Settings

Key Name: Help Centre Reminder (DWORD)

Setting this value to 0 will stop the Help Center from appearing.
