When I click the Add Signature button nothing gets inserted. I have a .txt file with my userid as the prefix to file name and have it stored at the correct location. I know it reads the file, because if I remove it it tells me that it can’t find it.

      The file is not empty.

Not sure where to go from here.

      Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your question below. Could you please confirm which applet you are using – is it the BSP Multiple Signatures applet or something else.

        Could you also please:

        1) Email a copy of your signature file to support@advansyscorp.com.

        2) Email a copy of your configuration information to the same address. You can access the configuration information by selecting, from the main GroupWise menu, Help|About Formativ. When the about box appears, select the Configuration tab and press the ‘Copy to Clipboard’ button. Finally, paste the contents of the clipboard into the body of the email.

        Regards,

          Thanks for the reply.

The product I’m using is the Add Signature Version 1.0 that I download from Novell’s Cool Solutions. I don’t think this is the BSP Multiple Signature applet.

The GroupWise client version I’m using is 6.0SP2 and it is installed on the workstation.

Config file and signature file are on the way to support@advansyscorp.com.

          Thanks.

After reinstalling the GroupWise Client. The Add Signature applet now works.

              Thank you for the support.
