Version 1.2 requires you to first uninstall an earlier version. I suggest you use Add or Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel to uninstall. The uninstall/install process will preserve existing configuration files.

Sorry, we do not have a “batch based help to clean system” from a previous installation.

I suggest that, whichever version is installed, you do the following:

            • Use Add or Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel to uninstall it.
            • Use File Explorer to navigate to the install directory (if it still exists after uninstalling), usually C:Program FilesAdvansysArchive To Go
            • Delete all files inside this directory.
            • Install v1.2

I hope this helps. If you find that you cannot run Creator, please describe what happens. It may be useful to send a screen shot; please send any image or other files to support@advansyscorp.com
