We are having a lot of issues with the contacts not moving to Archive to Go properly. We are using GroupWise version 6.5.1, 6.5.5 and 6.5.6. We are also using A2Go version 22.214.171.124. We have seen many instances where we will go into the A2Go Viewer and you see multiple contacts with the same e-mail address. For instance, you might see a list of 5 people, but for some reason all 5 now have the same e-mail address. We have attempted to pinpoint any consistencies, but cannot see any pattern. Any help would be appreciated.
