    We are having a lot of issues with the contacts not moving to Archive to Go properly. We are using GroupWise version 6.5.1, 6.5.5 and 6.5.6. We are also using A2Go version We have seen many instances where we will go into the A2Go Viewer and you see multiple contacts with the same e-mail address. For instance, you might see a list of 5 people, but for some reason all 5 now have the same e-mail address. We have attempted to pinpoint any consistencies, but cannot see any pattern. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for reporting this problem, which I don’t believe has occurred before.

    Please send samples of the following to support@advansyscorp.com:

    • The archive log file, which is located in the main archive folder and would be named “bholmes.log” if the archived GroupWise account is “bholmes”.
    • The contents of the _metadata folder (zipped). The exported metadata contains only Sender, Recipients, Subject and Date for each message; it contains only Display Name and Email Address for each contact.
