Any plans to create a way to auto assign a message to a catagory.
Here is what I am trying to do. I have a shared checklist folder with my employee that we call our to do list. It would be nice to have the messages change color when either of us changes or updates the message. My thought would be create a rule where if “Tom” is found in the message assign the catergory (important).
Currently we change priority so the icon changes color. Since catagories show only on the owners mailbox. You would have to duplicate the rule in any mailbox that you are shared with.
