New Integration Detected

I distribute Formativ RunTime via an Application Object. The first time a client gets it an informational message comes up …

“New Integraton Detected … Since you last ran GroupWise a new event has been subscribed to by a Formativ Applet. Formativ will not receive this event until the NEXT time you start GroupWise”

It also says that this is not an error. I click OK and the applet works fine with GroupWise.

Anyone have any idea how I can get rid of this message ? Is there a registry entry that might do this ? I don’t want 2,000 users getting this message.

At present there is no way to prevent Formativ from displaying this message. The design team felt it was important to inform the GroupWise user of applets that cannot behave correctly.

I will forward your request to the Enhancements database for the forthcoming upgrade to Formativ.

This message means absolutely nothing to the GroupWise user. Removing it, I think, would be wise.
