Stationary not working 100%

Hi – does anyone have an idea on this problem? I installed the stationary solution for formativ on Groupwise 6.5 and set up a default template. It worked for a while but now I can’t just click on the stationary button to start an email with the default template I created. It either goes to the screen to choose which stationary style I want to use and I have to click “ok” to choose the one I want before I can start a new message, or, if I hold down the shift key and press the stationary button, instead of it starting a new email, it briefly flashes a dialog box of some sort (I can’t read it because it flashes too fast), which disappears. I want to be able to specify the stationary and click once on the stationary button to start an email each time using the default stationary. Does anyone have an idea why this isn’t working properly? Please see the forum thread about the similar enquiry and suggestions to fix the issue. We have also fixed this behaviour in version 2.0.26 which we are planning to release in few weeks.
