Message Saver Pack – Failed Installation

Hi Support et al,

I have just downloaded the lastest formativ runtime (17) with Message Saver pack 1.3. I was able to install the runtime succesfully but Message Saver Pack failed to install.

Everytime I double-click on the “formativmessagesaverpack.exe” a DOS shell appeared and disappeared immediately. In the DOS shell, this message appeared “This program cannot be run in DOS mode.” I’m running this application under WinXP SP2 and yet a DOS shell appeared.

My GW client is 5.5.7.2 Beta and the previous installation of Message Saver Pack (v1.2) installed without a problem in a different WinXP SP2 machine. What could be wrong?
