Is there a solution for the Phone message where when you enter the callers phone number it fills in the persons name from an address book?

If the person is not in the address book, can an entry for the addressbook be created from the info in the Phone Message?

Unfortunately, at present we do not have a solution like the one you describe.

It is possible to custom-develop such a solution if that is appropriate for your organization.

Can you say how many users in your organization would require this solution?
