      Hi,
We have installed the applet exporting appointments into excel. It works perfectly on your own account, but when you proxy into another account it still exports your appointments but not from the account you have proxied into. Would you be able to tell me how to change the applet to do this?

      Thanks in advance

Sorry, we are unable to reproduce the behaviour. Solution export appointments from current account (login or proxied).

The “Export GroupWise Appointments into Excel” solution modified on “28 Nov 2006”, please make sure you are using latest update. You can uninstall the solution from Control Panel – Add or Remove Programs and install updated version. You can download the solution from here: http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/tools/13949.html

        Hope this helps.

        Regards,

          Thanks,
It seems we were using a very old version. I would like to change the order of the columns when they output into excel but the applet is flexalocked. I am using the Creator software, but cannot find a way to see the code. Does this mean it cannot be changed?

          Thanks for all your help.
          Helene

We can provide the cool solution applet source, if you agree to provide us with any changes that you make to the source. If it is something we feel may be useful to other GroupWise users, we could consider publishing an update to the GroupWise Cool Solutions community.

We will contact you via direct email.

            Regards,
