      Hi,

      I’ve been tasked to create an applet that when a user uses a Help Requester (a stand-alone application that sends groupwise mail messages) to report a problem to a technician, the applet will change the email type from Mail to Task so that the task messages won’t show up in the Mailbox of the technicians but they will be able to access them by going to the Task

      I have no ideas where to start, so it’d be great if you can recommend the documentation that I need to read and give me the instructions on where and how to go about doing the task
