Everytime I scan business cards and run formativ, after filling in the address columns, I keep getting the above error. Can you please assist in resolving this?
      Thanks a lot.

        – Could you please provide more information about the Formativ applet and steps to reproduce?
        – Are you running any non Formativ solution to scan busineess cards?
        – Can you reproduce the behaviour if you run Formativ without scanning business cards?

        Regards,
        Advansys Support

I fill in all the info for the contacts and then try to import contacts and that’s when I receive the error below:
“Sorry, the applet could not be executed. Access violation at address 53B89AC4 in module ‘gwma1.dll. Read of address 6C6C6543”

I used to be able to do this no problem. Could the applets be corrupted?
          Thx.

Make sure you are running latest point release of the GroupWise client.

Could you please provide more information about the applet you are running? Please email your Formativ Configuration Information to support (support@advansyscorp.com), you can access this via the main GroupWise menus: Help | About Formativ. When the ‘About Box’ appears, select the ‘Configuration’ tab. Press the ‘copy to clipboard’ button, then paste the contents of the clipboard into your reply.
