This error comes up in Archive To Go Creator 2.0.0.0-2.0.0.4 when you create a system definition for a system with multiple eDirectory Trees, and you have not authenticated to all Trees. 2.0.0.5 prevents this error and limits the system objects it discovers to those in the available Trees.

The following describes a different scenario for this error; it was reported by an Archive To Go 2.0.0.5 user.

The problem was there was an old, broken link in the GWIA under Post Office Links. It was pointing to an external domain and post office that we no longer had an external connection to. We discovered this by checking the log you referred us to and seeing where the system was failing. Once we recreated the external domain, the post office appeared within it. We then deleted this post office and the link was gone from Post Office Links in the GWIA.

Once we did this, the Enterprise option worked perfectly and the Trusted App installed into ConsoleOne.
