      Hello,

      I have discovered that if HTML signature created by Multiple Signatures is containing the HTML tags with marquee it’s not loaded on a recieved message on a GW6.5SP7 client installed on a Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 ( Win 2003 Server).
      Exactly
      the same thing happened if you trying to preview this kind of signature ( Dynamic Signature) before applying it into the new message on a GW client on a Citrix.

      Any ideas?

        Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce in GroupWise client 8.0.1 (OS XP). In theory, it should also work in Citrix server.

        Please make sure the template not created using MS Word. We strongly recommend against using Microsoft Word as your HTML editor. When a Word document is saved as HTML, Word includes HTML codes which make the HTML file incompatible with a GroupWise HTML message.
