You said the application was working, have you changed any Outlook/MAPI settings?
Could you please provide more information:
– Do you see the error “Cannot read all your reminders” when you execute PST Creator or during the conversion process?
– Does the PST Creator stops when this error message displayed?
– Does the error message caption show “Outlook” or “PST Creator”?
– Can you see this error message when you start the Outlook client?
Please send us the PST Creator log and screenshots of the error to Support (email@example.com). Log which usually stored in “C:Documents and SettingsUSER-NAMEApplication DataAdvansysPst Creator” folder.
