When Itried to install the Admin on the Citrix using the Add/Remove Programs option, the install appears to complete. However, when starting GroupWise 5.5 (not EP), two popup dialog boxes appear. They both indicate “Incomplete installation of product, try again”. Upon clicking through the error dialogs, GWwill function fine.

I then did an install using Start Run. Admin isis installedandd NDS Tools aare installed, but clients who are not FormativAdmin equivalents still get the error.

GroupWise normally works fine on the Ctirix if you use the Add/Remove system-wide install. How can I get Formativ to work?

      Thanks,
      Sam

Sorry for the typo’s. My IE 5.5 browser shows graphics, not characters so I was typing in the blind. Coming back with Netscape this time.

One additional issue is our to license Runtime on the Citrix box, which we also wish to use for Adminstration. The Registration Tool shows Administration and Business Solutions Pack, but not Runtime. Can the Runtime also be installed on the Citrix machine?

        Thanks,
        Sam
