    Thank you for your posting. Your configuration information looks OK, so the cause of the problem is not obvious.

    We need to determine if the problem lies with just the ‘Applets’ menu item, or the menu integration system generally. In GroupWise, from the main menu select ‘Help’. Are there any Formativ menu items on this menu? There should be at least an ‘About Formativ’ menu item.

    Once we determine the extent of the problem the resolution should not be difficult.
