- Make sure you are running latest version of the PST Creator (Help – Check for update).
- Have you received any error during the conversion process?
- Have you deselected the archive mail box?
In example below, Test account has primary and archive mailbox. In order to convert primary mailbox, place check mark next to “Test” & “Test – Primary”. In PST Creator, ‘Filtering Options’ tab – ‘Selected Folders’ will show tree view as:
+ Test – primary
+ Test – archive
