Yes, I’ve used the filter approach many times but when I have 125 folders to go through, it gets a little tedious. Especially when there are multiple users to help archiving messages.
I’d use the other product you produce if I had a choice on what to archive. It only allows archiving the complete mailbox which is overkill for what I want. I just want to use Message Saver to offload messages from our system that people have already determined are worth saving by filing them in folders – not the whole account.
