hi there! I hope anybody can help me! (pleas excuse, my english is not very good!)

I have 75 licenses of the runtime, stationery and message saver pack!

installation an licensing on any pc ok!

my problem is that the stationery and the message saver pack don’t load on some pc’s; every pc that is installed (os xp pro, latest sp, latest novell client) before we installed our new novell server (small bussiness 6.5, latest sp on os and groupwise) does not work!

      new pc installation work fine!

stationery does not load any sample, message saver gets the error “Objeckt erforderlich” (object needed)

hope that anybody can help me!

      thanks

        Thank you for your enquiry.

I suggest that you use a process of elimination to determine the cause of this problem. Please compare the Formativ configuration from a machine that works with a machine that does not work. It may be worthwhile ensuring that the configurations are the same.

You can obtain the configuration by selecting Help | About Formativ… from the GroupWise main menu. When the About Formativ dialog appears, go to the Configuration tab and click the button Copy to clipboard. Then paste the text into (for example) Windows Notepad.

You could also check the drive mappings on your server. Perhaps some of these have changed. Please check the configuration of Stationery to ensure that the sample stationery directory exists.

If you still cannot resolve the problem, try reinstalling GroupWise. If not fixed, try reinstalling Formativ. Please also look at the ReadMe files for Formativ, Stationery and Message Saver to ensure that all prerequisite software is installed, eg. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 (or above), Microsoft Windows Script Host.

        I hope this helps.

        Regards,
