Just noticed today that when printing emails in Message Viewer, sometimes the TO information is blank, although when viewing the message in Message Viewer, the recipient ID displays. Appears to be if the recipient is an email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, the To information is blank; if the recipient is named John Doe, or Doe, John, the To is printed. Since this isn’t exactly something we’re excited about not seeing, what can be done to remedy that? We’ve been using this product for a long time; thank goodness we haven’t had to go in and print off a bunch of it.
