      Hello – I have a user who is missing all email after a certain date; after we re-indexed his archive. The last dated nail is Jan 28/2006. This is only in his Mailbox(Inbox); email in his cabinet files and archive file is still intact.

        Do you mean you manually reindexed the archive and you can no longer find the messages in that date range via Finder?

        Were all the archive volumes accessible to Indexer when you reindexed?

        Can you please send the indexer log file to support@advansyscorp.com.
