HELP! Problem Converting Archive to Go to PST

I cannot seem to convert an Archive to Go mailbox with just cabinets inside it. I have converted 50 other mailboxes with no problem. The cabinets are the only difference I can see between this mailbox and all the other mailboxes I have converted.

I do not get a list of any folders to convert when I add the Archive to Go folder. I can open the Archive to Go viewer and view the hundreds of e-mails within each cabinet.
