    We have run version 2 installer on both 32-bit XP and 64-bit 7, but with no success running the program. XP installs, but in running, the splash screen comes up and then nothing…these machines all have .NET 1-3.5. 64-bit 7 installs, again in running a large error screen comes up referencing system application exceptions, config files, license files, etc. The license file is in the same folder as the installer. What does your program want to run on either 32-bit or 64-bit? Anyone else have this problem and find a fix?

    Unfortunately the only known workaround is to restart the machine. During shutdown, you may see the following error pop up:

    CSC.exe
    The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000142)


    This seems to happen immediately after upgrading from an earlier version, but does not recur after a system restart.
