    If I am in the midst of archiving a users entire mailbox on one computer and the user goes into his GroupWise account on a second computer to send an email, can this cause a continuous D109 error?

    It popped up every few seconds until I canceled the copying and definitely seems related.

    Unfortunately, we haven’t had any report about this issue. The issue could be account/machine specific. Please make sure you are using latest point release of the GroupWise client.

    In order to archive a account, we recommend to use Archive To Go.

    ARchive To Go would have been my first choice, but the pricing model ruled it out. I only need to archive two users, so I could not justify even the lowest cost for ATG.
