      I’m running GroupWise 6.03 on a desktop and a notebook. I’m having the same issue on both, some of the time, when I mark an email as spam with “Block this Junk Email”.

      The error is:
      GroupWise Error [C03E]
      The rule name is not unique
      Enter a rule name that is unique and save the rule again.

      Apparently the rule in question is “Formativ No Spam (Email): 1”

      Any suggestions?

        I have requested feedback from our Engineering team regarding this issue, and will report back in this thread.

        In the meantime, could you let me know if this problem just started to appear, or has it been an issue for some time?

        Additionally, are you using the same GroupWise account on both the notebook and the desktop?

          Yes, it’s the same GroupWise account. It started relatively recently.
