Run menu is not disabed when option is un-checked

I have created a Formativ Config object with the option “Run menu enabled” un-checked.

However, all users associated with this Config object still have that menu enabled.

What am I missing?

For one of the users who should have the Run menu disabled, have you confirmed via the Formativ Configuration tab (GroupWise Help -> About Formativ -> Formativ Configuration) that the correct configuration object is being used?

If you have not resolved the problem, can you send an example user configuration, where it is not working, to support@advansyscorp.com?

I have confirmed that it does not occur for all users. However, I have not confirmed what Config object is being assigned to those that it does not. I am keeping an eye on it…
