Currently the version of Archive to Go we have is 18.104.22.168 and users tend to run this on windows XP to produce their Groupwise archive.
We also have Groupwise 6.5.4 full client.
If a user tries to run the Viewer in Windows 7, then they get the following error:
Exception EIniFileException in module viewer.exe at 0005E759.
Unable to write to C:UsersJohnAppDataRoamingAdvansysArchive To Goviewer.ini where John is logged in user.
I find that if I download the trial version of 22.214.171.124 that this works OK.
However, many of our users already have archives created via 126.96.36.199, is there any solution for this other than the users using 188.8.131.52 and then recreating their archives?
