      Using Formative 2.0 and the free ‘print message’ plugin on Groupwise 6.5.3. When selecting a message with attachments and clicking ‘Print Message’ the portal formats the message however the attachment list only shows one single attachment ie: MESSAGE It does not show any other attachments sucha s pdf’s, dxf’s, zip’s, etc. I thought this worked in previous versions. Maybe it was broken by 6.5 sp3?

        Thank you for your question above. We tested the solution with an English 6.5.3 (18/11/2004) client this morning and it included all attachments.

        Do you see this problem with all messages you try to print? Are you trying to print messages from a shared folder, or somewhere other than your mailbox?

        If it happens with all messages, perhaps you could send a message to yourself containing attachments and try to print it. If it fails, please forward the same message (as an attachment) to support@advansyscorp.com and we’ll see if we can duplicate the problem with the same message.

              Engineering identified an issue that may cause the behavior you describe. The sample message doesn’t contain any date information for the two attachments. You can see this if you look at the properties page for the message. The applet was rejecting any attachments that did not expose date properties.

              I have sent you an updated version of the applet that will accept undated attachments. We will also post an update in Cool Solutions.

              (I noticed the email address you supplied bounced. I have tried re-sending the applet to you today).

                I have sent a message to support with an alternate email address intended for such attachments. I appreciate your assistance with resolving this issue. Will look you up at Brainshare 2005.
