I ran Archive to Go by first performing a gwcheck.exe (fix folders/index) without major errors on a user account. (log file looks pretty clean) He had items in his archived MAILBOX and archived SENT folder. Ran A2go, and these items don’t show. I then made a dummy “SENT” folder in users cabinet, and a dummy “MAILBOX” folder in his cabinet, and moved all items to respective into those folders. Ran the product again, and the folders I made in the cabinet don’t show in A2go.
The sent folder in Gwise shows 356 items
The inbox folder in Gwise shows about 3,000 items
But in A2go those 2 specific folders by default are missing, and missing if I create them as cabinet folders and drop items in them. All other cabinet items show perfectly.
Need help. I ran A2GO with all options for “Get Hidden” checked.
If you query an email from these folders it actually will find one from these folders even though they don’t exist???
