Disable Formativ completly on Citrix

Hi,

we used Formative for a long time on our Citrix Servers. Now we want to disable it without deinstalling, because it is out of use.
Is there a central way to disable it. We can’t tell all of our users to go into the Formativ Applet and let them disable it ther.
Is there a HKLM Key to disable it or such thing?
