    All email messages appear fine in Outlook 2003 before we start the import process. Mail that has been received has the proper From address and replying to a message works without a problem. We can add any address to our contacts. Once these messages are imported into Groupwise the From field shows the user who sent the original message. If we reply to this message it will fill in the proper return address. If we try to add the person in the From field to our address book, there is no information to be found for that contact. It enters an empty contact record. Anyone have any ideas why or how to fix this?
