      Good Afternoon,

      On Windows 2003 Server R2 – Groupwise Client 7.0.2 and Formativ 2.0.1

      When i would like to edit and creat a form,
      The sheet appears to creat but don’t have the title name “Formativ Form” and i couldn’t acces to “Object Instpector” don’t appear !.
      Such as click on Toggle Form/Source Form !
      The Sheet is displaying whitout title name and the windows “Object Inspector”

      Try to re install the software studio 2.0.1 and GroupWise 7.0.2 but doesn’t work !

        We haven’t received any report about this issue in Windows 2003 Server.

        We have only received the following Formativ Form issue in Vista, where the additional tab (i.e. ‘Additional’, ‘GroupWise’, etc) not available.

        – Are you able to re-produce this behaviour in another machine?
        – Can you re-produce this behaviour in another OS (i.e. XP)?

          Thank for your answer !

          Due this problem, creating a new user with right (Administrator) and the problem don’t have this problem !.

          Then how to uninstall complety the software and to instal it at the first time ?.

            It sounds like you might be using Formativ in a Citrix or Windows Terminal Server environment (because you mention Windows Server 2003). Is this correct?

            Do you need to install on a standalone machine, or on Windows Server for client machines (ie. Citrix or Windows Terminal Server clients)?

            Do you need to install on Windows Vista (either standalone or client machine)?

            Could you say more about what you mean by this, please? For example, do you want to uninstall for a user with Administrator or Normal rights?

              Good Afternoon,

              Formating Studio is installed standalone on Windows Server 2003 R2.
              This computer don’t have citrix and mount TSE, but using the native acces.

              Notice, the problem appears on tse and Local.

              When you uninstall the software, some files and folders stay in hard file
              How to remove all .

                  Good Morning,

                  A new same problem appears on Windows XP SP2 – Group Wise 7.0.2 and Formativ 2.0.1.

                  Use the uninstall Add/Removed Program Advansys
                  Choose Automatic and RollBack No.
                  Del files c:Program FilesAdvansys and all folders Advansys (Administrator, All user and the current user.
                  To in registry key , del all advansys by using “Find”.

                  After, restart the computer , reinstall Advansys Formativ Studio but the “Object Inspector” don’t appear !.

                    Thanks for reporting this problem.

                    Please export some data from your Windows Registry (this is explained below) and send the data to support@advansyscorp.com.

                    How to export Registry data:

                    • Open a command window. To do this, go to Start > Run… This will open the Run dialog. Enter ‘cmd’ and click OK.
                    • A command window should open with the prompt set to ‘C:>’ ie. the current directory is the root of your C: drive.
                    • In the command window, enter the following text, which you can copy from below and then right-click on the command window to paste:

                      regedit /e altium.reg “HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAltium (Dream VCL)”

                      Press Enter to execute this command.

                    • Similarly, enter the following text and press Enter:

                      regedit /e dream.reg “HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareDreamCompany”

                    You should now find there are two files in the C: directory: altium.reg and dream.reg. Please attach these files to an email and send to the above address.

                          Good Morning,

                          The problem was solved after to import the keys from a computer works.

                          And couldn’t send mail because we apply directly and didn’t save the keys (mistakes !).

                          But next time, we send you these keys if appears again.
