      I am running Formativ Runtime 2.0.1 with GroupWise 2012 client on Windows 2008 R2 SP1 (Terminal Server). I am getting following error while starting GroupWise client 2012.
      “An incomplete installation has been detected. Please reinstall then product and try again”.

      Is runtime 2.0.1 works with Windows 2008 R2 SP1 and GroupWise 2012 client?

        Hi,

        While we do not officially support Formativ running on a server operating system, you should find that Formativ Runtime 2.5 will work. Formativ 2.0.1 is not compatible with Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 2008.
