    Hello,

    when trying to import whole day appointments into my GW calendar with Calendar Dates Importer from the Calendar Pack they appear in my calendar as appointments from 8 am to 5 pm.

    I checked the “All day” box in Day definition. The time seams to be the time from this dialog.

    For latest test I used GW 8.02 Bulid 96933.

    Unfortunately we could not reproduce the behaviour in GroupWise client 8.0.2 (Build 92614).

    During our testing we imported appointments (holiday dates, shipped with solution), checked the “All day” box in Day definition and imported appointments shows 24 hours, duration for the appointment shows “23 Hours 59 Minutes”.

    It could be related to GroupWise version. Could you test the solution against different build of GroupWise client?

    Hello,

    I think, we misunderstood a little bit.

    Since GroupWise 7 Novell introduced all day events, shown in the calendar above normal appointments.

    Activating the “all day” check-box I’d expect appointments were imported into this part of the calendar. Up to now I could not manage to do so neither with GW7, GM8 nor with GW2012.

    Our engineering team has updated the “Calendar Dates Importer” solution (version 2.0.10) to fix the issue of AllDay.

    Hello,

    thank you for your post and the email with the updated “Calendar Dates Importer 2.0.10”.

    Up to now it seems that nearly all issues are solved.

    Assigning categories to appointment is working again.
    And if the all day box is checked the appointments will be imported correctly.

    There is only one minor bug remaining. Importing an all day appointment works fine, but if you try to roll back this action by using the roll back function of the applet the appoint will not be removed. It will be converted to an appoint taking from midnight to 11 pm or so.
