      When I open GroupWise I get the following error: TEngine.Create: Unable to create directory. I installed Formative Runtime 2.0

        Thank you for your enquiry.

        This sounds like a user rights issue. Could you please log in to Windows on the same machine using an account which has Administrator rights, then try to start GroupWise?

        If you find that GroupWise starts (and loads Formativ) without error, I think you will need to modify the security rights of the user involved.

          I had this issue earlier,

          uninstalled formativ & other advansys products – in my instance the presentation pack & outlook migration utility.

          rebooted

          re-installed formativ & presentation pack

          rebooted

          TEngine.create message now gone!
