Yes, we will look into this issue.
Did it work fine for the same address book under 6.5?
We have heard via Novell about a customer with the same performance problem. Have you reported this issue to Novell as yet?

Thanks for your message. Upon review, the previous advice we provided about Enterprise Mode is incorrect and sorry for any inconvenience. The Archive To Go tree view currently only displays user objects. Is is now logged in our enhancement database that Resources be added to the tree view in a future version.
We are not sure what you mean with respect to LDAP and NDS accounts. You should be able to use Archive To Go in local mode to archive a Resource without having to authenticate to NDS or the network.
Can you not start the GroupWise client as follows?
C:NovellGroupWisegrpwise.exe /@u-[GW Resource ID] /ipa-[POA IP address] ipp-[POA Port address]
Where [GW Resource ID] = the resource’s GroupWise Account ID and /ipa and /ipp are optional POA startup parameters.
If you can, run Archive To Go from the client’s toolbar button once the client is started.

At this stage we do not know why your GroupWise archive would not be included. Please send us the log file, which can be accessed at the end of the export process, to support@advansyscorp.com for analysis.
Which version of the GroupWise Client are you using?
Are you running the trial version or the full version of A2G?

Please write to sales@advansyscorp.com with the full background to your request.

Unless you run A2G on separate machines, you cannot do simultaneous mailbox exports. And no, you cannot automate the process at this stage.
We are considering this feature for a future release and it is listed as an enhancement request.

This sounds like a unique problem. If you don’t need the IntelliReach solutions and removing them solves the problem, this sounds like the best approach.

If it is a file attachment, you can highlight the attachment icon in the open Archive To Go message and press ‘Save-As’.
If the attachment is an embedded message, you can save it as an Advansys Message file (FML), which can be viewed using the Advansys Message Viewer, which ships with the Message Saver Pack (and can be installed separately at no cost).
As will be available shortly in Advansys Message Viewer 2.0, we’ll be adding a Forward/Reply feature in a future version of the Archive To Go Viewer.

There should be no problem exporting from a GroupWise Resource. You can use Enterprise Mode or start the GroupWise Client with the /@u-[MailboxID] to use Local Mode.

The only way you can change list view icons for a message is to create a custom message type derived from the base class you require, in this case the Appointment Class, and associate it with a different custom icon.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to dynamically change the state of an Applet’s toolbar icon.
One alternative may be persisting a data flag to an INI file (for example) and when the applet runs you could first check the INI flag’s state and display a different message or just do nothing exit the applet.

Good news, thanks for letting us know.

Yes, you need to use the Remote Image Inserter and host your images on an accessible Web site. The Remote Image Inserter is documented in the Personalized Emailer help documentation.
The reason why this happens is that GroupWise always attaches embedded images when a message is sent. The Remote Image Inserter uses HTML techniques which avoid remote images (images hosted on a public Web site) from being downloaded and attached when the message is sent.
