July 2, 2012 at 4:51 pm in reply to: Printing an entire Archive To Go archive without having to click each message #9842
One of our engineers suggested a potential work-around. It may be possible to use the Advansys PST Creator in conjunction with an Outlook plugin, a couple of which are shown below. This means you would first use the PST Creator to convert the Archive To Go archive into a PST file and then use the Outlook tools to print.

June 20, 2012 at 2:27 pm in reply to: delete attachments not decreasing size of email on Groupwise #9834Thanks for your post. Does the attachment appear to be removed from the email?
Are these messages internal or received externally via the Internet? If so, could it be that there is still the Mime.822 file attached to the email, which will include the encoded version of the original attachment which was removed?

No, this is not currently possible. What is the context of the requirement? In what format would you want to save the emails?

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately we don’t know what is causing this problem. It seems odd that the problem only appears when it is part of a domain and don’t know how that could influence the operation of Formativ. It is likely to be a very unusual environmental issue.
Unfortunately there is nothing we’ve seen like this which would help us understand a potential cause.

Thanks for your post. We are not aware of any outstanding issues with Archive To Go and GroupWise 2012. You may need to recreate the system connection within Archive To Go, which should recreate the trusted application key.
If you cannot resolve the issue through a system environment review and clean Archive To Go configuration on the existing or another workstation, to gather additional test results, we can provide a trusted application test program.

April 27, 2012 at 11:36 pm in reply to: Runtime 2.0.1 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1 (TS) with GW Client 2012 #9827Hi,
While we do not officially support Formativ running on a server operating system, you should find that Formativ Runtime 2.5 will work. Formativ 2.0.1 is not compatible with Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 2008.

Thanks for the update. Can you send your template to supportATadvansyscorp.com? We may be able to see what is wrong and recommend a solution.

Hi,
As the Stationery solution does not control the message layout, the issue is within your custom HTML. It sounds like the area in which the text is being entered is within an incorrect tag, such as the wrong cell in a table or within an incorrect DIV tag.
If you have not done so already, it is probably a good idea to review the sample templates which ship with the solution.

March 19, 2012 at 2:54 pm in reply to: iCal Solution 1.0.14 GW6.5 Calendar Import Missing Data #8486Hi,
A quick review indicates it is likely that the iCal solution could be extended to support the fields you mention. At the moment, as we are fully occupied with other projects, we could provide you with the source code for you to modify it to suit your purposes. Do you have the skills and interest to modify it in-house (i.e. VBScript development skills)?
If you are interested in this self-service approach, we ask in return that you share the final code with us for potential inclusion in a future version.
