Thanks for your reply. We do have remote access users but not webaccess. Our system is windows XP and GroupWise 6.

For decurity purposes the text would have to appear in each message but the user should have the option to remove it.

I’m happy to give my contact details if somebody wants to talk to me. Some idea of cost would be very helpful.
